The terms on which CognitivZen makes this website available. Services we deliver are governed separately, by the agreement signed for that engagement.

By accessing or using cognitivzen.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
These Terms cover the Site only. Any services CognitivZen provides — engineering, consulting, managed services or otherwise — are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement governs the services.
You may view, download and print material from the Site for your own internal business or personal reference. You agree not to:
The Site and its content — text, graphics, layout, design, code, diagrams and the CognitivZen name and logo — are owned by CognitivZen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to them except the limited permission in section 3.
Third-party names, logos and trade marks shown on the Site, including those of technology partners and platforms, belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those products and relationships. Their appearance does not imply endorsement by those owners beyond any partnership actually described.
The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you, material you send us through the Site is not treated as confidential, and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you.
Content on the Site — including case studies, white papers and insights — is published for general information. It is not technical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not act on it without advice suited to your circumstances. Case studies describe past work; they are not a promise of comparable results.
We aim to keep the Site available and its content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee either. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CognitivZen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site.
